Dr. Tonya Moore, B.A., Management, MBA, MMHC, Ph.D. and DTM has over 20+years of management experience and has served in higher education for over15 years. She earned her bachelor's degree from Tennessee StateUniversity, Nashville, TN and her Master's Degree in Business Management from Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley, GA and she earned her Doctoral Degree from The University of Southern Mississippi in Human Capital Development.

Mr. Ricky Moore, B.A, Finance has over 25years of manufacturing experience with several fortune 500 companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University, Nashville, TN. Both have a passion for providing families with relevant tools to build healthy relationships. The Moore’s transformational training pedagogy includes teaching, coaching and meaningful application all with legacy in mind. Their Olympic Style philosophy provides an atmosphere of accountability that produces relevant results. The three-prong training approach provides personal and professional development opportunities for families, individuals of all ages, youth, working professionals and veterans.

The Moore’s have provided premarital, marital and crisis intervention counseling and training to couples for over 20 years. Both co-created marriage enrichment programming for couples through an organization in which they both founded, The Middle Georgia Community Healthy Marriage Initiative. Active participants in the community, the Moore’s spearheaded train-the-trainer sessions for non- profits, faith-based organizations and corporate communities to assist with the building of healthy marriages in the state of Georgia.

In addition to providing programs that equip couples through mentoring and coaching, the Moore’s also specialize in organizational development (Leadership, Team building, Effective Communication, Career Coaching and Project/Change Management). Career Coaching for job seekers (Career Exploration, Resume Development, Interview Techniques and Career Competency Development). Reengineering Techniques and tools for veterans and college bound youth (college preparation assistance and vision boarding).
