The ITC will serve as a personal and professional development center that provides enrichment tools for: Couples, Small Business Owners, Working Professionals, Veterans and Youth. ITC specializes in multi-facet training modalities (Face-to-Face & Online) through welcoming transformational environment. For Couples: Premarital Training & Marriage Enrichment Training. Parenting, Vision Boards for Couples, Small Business: Leadership, Customer Service, Public Speaking, Business Plan Development. Working Professionals/Veterans: Career Exploration, Resume Building, Networking, Accountability Groups and Development of Career Readiness Competencies. Youth: Career Exploration, Leadership, communication, Career Readiness, College Preparation, Vision Board, Public Speaking and Resume Development. These training sessions are universal and are available for all groups: Communication, Conflict Management, Myers Briggs, Spiritual Gifts, Emotional Intelligence. Customization is available for clients.  ITC uniquely provides tools for individuals to independently thrive through relevant techniques that create a holistic experience by developing the whole person.
